I have Anderson sliding patio doors and the handles have broken in the same spot. The lock and plates are fine. I need a handle compatible with a double hook mortise lock set with 3 15/16 screw spacing. Will this work - specifically with the double hook/point mortise setup?! Thank you!

Take a look at the 82-086 handle set, which has the same 3-15/16" hole spacing you need. We also offer the 82-265 mortise lock and 82-249 keeper that resembles your original hardware. Take a look and thanks for posting!

I need a keyed lock handle in the satin nickel color to match up with the multi points 82-265
Here it says the 82-086 will match but I need it in silver could you please let me know the correct item number I think it's the 82-087 but I just want to make sure before I make the purchase

You're correct that the 82-087 is the same as the 82-086 except that it is offered in metallic finishes. Just let us know if you need anything else.
