Need new latch

I dropped the latch piece in the door. And was trying to find a new one at the local hardware stores. No luck. Anyway, it is a double latch and I've been trying to find a replacement because at the bottom, you can see were it is broken off the face part. Help please. Thanks!!

The door handle is the sash controls canton SD. US patent 5125708 D340 398. Door handle works just fine. Just need a new latch and face part or if there's one with the whole kabob, that would be perfect! Thanks in advance.
