Need new Channel Balances for my window

Question

I'm trying to find the correct lifts to order to replace the broken ones on my window. Will you please help me find the correct parts based on the photos that I uploaded? The lift has the following stamped on it: "26 4 HX CMC 7".

This appears to be either an S351-27 or S390-27 Channel Balance, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. You'll need a stamp option of 2640.
