Need new mechanism for a hurd window

Hi please advise which mechanism needs to be purchased. The window will open and close but will not fully close the last inch or so.

Based on your photos, I believe you have either our 39-253LB or 39-438B operators. The video below will explain to you the difference between these two parts and how to determine which one you have.

Either way, you will also want a new 39-451 cover.
