Need new pivot shoe.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell your exact pivot shoe but the 15-199 may be worth considering. Take a look and see how the thickness and width compare with yours. 

This pivot shoe is used with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. You'll have to measure the width of the old spring band. You're also welcome to get back to us with the exact sash weight so we can calculate the correct spring weights.
