Need new pivot shoe lock for vinyl window

Question

a Piece inside the pivot shoe lock of one of my windows broke, making it hard to open and close the hardware appears to be a coil spring balancer.
Attached are picture of the whole assembly installed and removed

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, but you may want to consider the 15-199, depending on the specifications of your old one. This 17/32" x 1-1/4" pivot shoe is designed to use the 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 coil springs. Note that your old springs can't work with our pivot shoe.

Can you confirm the width of the old spring band? We'd also like you to get back to us with the precise sash weight, which will allow us to determine the correct coil weights.
