Need new pivot shoes and tensioners

Attempting to clean our windows has gone terribly wrong!
One of the pivot shoe plastic pieces has cracked on one side, and it appear the tensioner on the other side does not work.

Can you help me identify the parts needed, and provide light instructions on how to replace them?

Thanks for posting. This is a Simonton Coil Balance system that is no longer made. However our 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs can replace it. The video below shows how.
