No markings found on windows. These were installed about 19 years ago and are vinyl tilt out ones.

Please take a look at our 15-046 pivot shoe. It's best to compare the width and thickness of your shoe to ours to see if they are compatible. It appears in your photos that your pivot shoe isn't attached to your balance system. If that indeed is the case, that will present some issues. Thank you for responding. I removed the balance from the pivot shoe. The balance tube measure 25" in length. Is 5/8" diameter common for all of them in the 600 series? Mine appear to be about 3/8" in diameter. Attached a picture.

Your balances 3/8" diameter indicates that you'll need our S900-25 spiral balance. Take a look at the accompanying videos for help installing your new balance. Thank you!
