Need new sliding patio door handle with lock

Question

No longer have either handle. Still have keeper, latch (installed) and mortise (patent no. 6.264.252.5820.170).
Please advise on what handle with lock will work for sliding glass patio door (3/4" thick). Door has multiple holes from previous handles and don't believe all were used. Second from bottom hole was the center hole from most recent that I'm looking for replacement.
