Need new spiral balances

It's a new spiral that replaced an older spiral but somehow keeps snapping. Old spiral had a wider and longer tip to bend under the window.

Hello,
Take a look at our S400 or S500 spiral balances for non-tilt windows. You'll need to measure the diameter of your balance tube to choose the correct replacement. Once you know which option you need, there will be a list of compatible brackets under the related items section of the balance product page. Thank you!
