I am having trouble identifying the window manufacturer from the applied sticker.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't know who manufactured your window. We may be able to help replace the balances though. Can you remove them from the window and show us some photos?

Thank you! We don't sell this exact setup but the 15-177 is similar and may be worth considering. This pivot shoe is designed to use the Series 152 coil balances. If you need new coil supports, see the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 support barrel. These parts sandwich around the coil spring.
