Need part for NuAIR 900 SH Mason SF

My home as several NuAir 900 SH Mason windows *SF* (Serial #: 02035338) that need a few parts.

I need 10 of the small metal clips that keep the window up to tilt and remove it. In addition, I need three sets of the spring mechanism that allows the window to slide open, stay open and close smoothly.

Here are the details from the window installed in (approx) 2002.

Hey, Rob. I'm afraid those details don't tell me anything about the hardware used on this window. In order to assist you, I will need photos of the clips and spring mechanisms in question. Please let me know if that would be possible.

Thanks! That metal clip appears to be a take out clip. My recommendation is the 16-002.

As for the spring mechanism, that'd be the channel balance you show here. We sell these, too, but I need a clearer photo of the top fitting and stamp.

Took the window apart and got better measurements of the spring mechanism. Can you identify the replacement part?

Great, thanks for these photos! Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

OK...we are getting closer. Here's the (poor) photo of the top of the channel. I know the metal channel is 16" in length -- does this stamp identify if it is a 380 or 385 compatible or the "stamp option' I should purchase? The camera flash did not help, but I think the stamp reads:

The stamp unfortunately doesn't have anything to do with the fittings used. The only way for you to know whether you have the Series 380 or Series 385 is to measure the bottom fitting, as shown in the diagram above.

You should also triple check the length of the metal channel. A stamp of 16-3 indicates a metal channel length of 17", not 16".

Regardless of what balance you pick, you'll also want to select the 1630 stamp option when prompted.
