Need part# for double coil Window Balancer

Hello,
I've a window balancer I'm unable to identify the part# to re-order ( at least 4). I cannot locate the part# nor the coil stamp#. ARe you abel to help me identify? I've included a sticker information affixed to the window.

Hello there. This is a SImonton Coil Balance system that is no longer made. Our 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs can replace it. The video below shows how. Let us know if you have questions.

Hello and thank you for the quick response.
Since there's no stamp or imprint on my coil balance spring, which replacement spring should I get? Also, which pivot bar should I use with this window and pivot lock shoe?

Hello again. Give me the exact weight of your window sash, and I can work out the coil spring weights you need. As the video above shows, for the pivot bar you'll need the 26-083.
