5 pivot rods.
2 complete spring balance assemblies with white plastic covers.
2 white covers for spring balance assemblies.
The white covers are spring covers.
Also need screws for all.

Thanks for posting. I think we can help with each part. Start by looking at our 26-226 pivot bar. Many customers have installed these using our 33-055 screw, but your screw may be a different length. That depends more on the window than the pivot bar. The shoe looks like our 15-177, which is compatible with the Series 152 spring. The spring screws to the shoe using our 33-072. Finally, for the spring cover, see our 15-143 and 15-144 caps, as well as the 15-145 bushing. These sort of sandwich over the spring. |

We don't have that exact style cover. I don't think it's made anymore. That said, considering the Series 152 is 1/2" thick, you could theoretically use our 15-150S. This is designed for a different style spring, but it just so happens to also be 1/2" thick. Look it over and see what you think. You would also need a 33-090 screw as a replacement. |
