We have Swisco windows in our sun room and I need some parts.
One of the spiral balance assemblies needs replaced. See photo 3911. It is only 19" longs with red tip.
Also I would like to get the slide shoes. Can you identify and sell me 2 of each.
Plus I need the charging tool.

Hi, Rich. To clarify, your windows aren't made by our company, since we never made windows. Just something to keep in mind moving forward. Concerning the balance and pivot shoe, I need a bit more information to identify a match. I need to know the diameter of the outer white tube of the balance and I need to know the thickness of the pivot shoe. Once I know those two dimensions, I am confident that we can identify a match for each. |

Yes, that's right. We supply a ton of different parts for all kinds of different windows, doors, drawers, and closets. Concerning your dimensions, I would double check the balance tube. No manufacturer ever made a balance in this style with a 1/2" diameter tube, to my knowledge. It is more likely to be 9/16". If it is, then I recommend our Series 600. Concerning the pivot shoe, if it's 1/2" thick then the 15-046 may be what you want. I would also recommend double checking that to be sure, though. |
