These are off a milgard casement window, circa 2005-2010. I need a new geared crank, and about 40 of those white plastic guides.

Hello! Starting with the operators, it looks like you have either our 39-253LB or 39-438B, depending on the style of the guide at the end of the long arm. I can't see your guide so you will have to pick between these two. The video below will go into more detail as to what you need to loo out for.

As for the white plastic guide, see our 39-265.
