Need parts for Tilt windows

Question

The one part sit on top of the tilt windows and makes a right seal.

The other part prevents the window from opening too wide. This part is dry rot

Take a look at another customer's post here showing a similar latch with the same U.S. Window Factory label.

It looks like they were able to narrow down the possible replacements to either our 26-337 or 26-344 latch pairs. I'd recommend reviewing the dimensions to confirm if one of these options could work for your repair.
