Need parts to fix this window

Window need all new parts bottom swivel on window is broken off or rusted off.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the 39-027E and 39-028E operators to yours. These use the 39-114L handles.

As for the rusted hinge, take a look at the 36-048 set with a 10" long base. These come with a hinge for the top and bottom of the sash. Thanks for posting!
