Need pivot pins?

It definitely looks like you're missing pivot bars, but without the old ones on hand to use as a reference, I don't know what to recommend. Do you have an identical window in the house that still has its hardware intact? If so, remove an undamaged version of that pivot bar and show me a photo of it by itself and without obstruction. That will allow me to find a good match.
