Need pivot set for that door

Hello,

We've located two very similar pivot sets that may work for your commercial door. However, I can't get a good look at the top pivot mounting screws. Is it two mounting screws like the 79-098 pivot set used for US Aluminum doors, or does yours match the 79-134 pivot set used on Pitco/PPG doors with 3 mounting screws at the top? 

Your photos show some type of obstruction that blocks the view of the top of the hinge. Take a look at both pivot sets, along with the related video, to see which matches yours. I'm leaning toward the 79-098, but the specifications below will be the determining factor. Thanks for posting.
