Need pivot shoes

I need the above for about 11 windows. I also need spiral balances. The windows were made by Patriot, I think from Philly. They were installed in a home built by Hovnanian. I've attached a picture of both the laft and right side. The track they ride in measures 9/16" to the outside so I would expect them to be 1/2" thick. Otherwise, they measure about 1 1/8" across and 2" to 2 1/8" high.
