Thanks for your post! The balances you have here is custom 86 Style Caldwell Balances. The wingless attachments for this balance style are no longer available, so the replacements will have wings. That should not affect the function of the window.

The metal piece, used for removing/installing the balances, appears to be the 16-002 Take Out Clip. This will need to be added to the cart from the website. The quotes are only used for the custom assemblies.
