Thank you for reaching out to us. Start by taking a look at the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. These might be what you need but I recommend you compare the specifications with an undamaged version to confirm.

As for the balance, is the spring diameter 1/2"? If it is, you can convert your windows to use the Series 795 balances. The video below will walk you through the process.

For the length what should we need for the balance
32 1/2 glass
35 1/4 shash
70" channel
Channel width 5/8ths

To determine the length of the replacements, you'll have to measure an undamaged balance as shown in our conversion video above.
