Need replacement

Looks like you need a new coil balance. I don't know what you need based on just a picture of the spring, unfortunately. All coil springs sorta look the same from this vantage. In order to narrow it down, can you show me a clear picture of the pivot shoe itself without obstruction? Thanks!

The shoe is still too obstructed for me to make out. The sash is covering most of it, so I'm not 100% sure what it is. It may be a match for our 15-199, which itself is designed to work with two spring sizes: the 3/8" thick Series 165 and 1/2" thick Series 160. You may need one of these two options.

Thank you. That does look like an older version of the 15-199. I think the two springs I mentioned in my last response should be your first consideration.
