Need replacement Ballance tubes

A contractor from Durham, NC says:
These are MW Vinyl, singlehung windows approx 15-20 years old. The balances are all bad in 2 window units.

Balances are 25.25" total length and approx 24" if you omit the shoe pivot from that. There is no metal channel, just the spring approx 12" from end of hook to end of hook and a plastic or composite rod approx 11.25" long with white plastic guides on either end that hold the string that pulls the spring.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

These old block and tackle balances are no longer available but many of our customers have been able to successfully convert their windows to use our S795 channel balances in their place. Take a look at our video below to review the full replacement process. Thank you!

A contractor from Durham, NC says:
ok great. I'll check the windows tomorrow for the weight and tilt pins so I can order. Thanks. That looks pretty easy. Those channel balances look more similar to what I'm used to working with when I used to install Kolbe, Lincoln and Monarch windows.
