Need replacement Channel Balance pair

Question

Hi, I bought Series 351-23 Option 2230 ... but they were too long. I must have measured an old channel balance for the wrong window perhaps.
I have enclosed a picture of the correct window, which shows the 23" channel balance in relation to the side of the window. I've got the tape measure there but I don't know where exactly to measure to. Is this 20.5"?

Thanks for posting! I'll need to know he measurement for the height of the visible glass pane in the window to determine the correct replacement. This should be only the glass you can see.

It would also be able good idea to confirm the weight of the sash to ensure that the balances will have the appropriate stamp option.
