Need replacement Roller Assembly for Sliding Glass Door

Question

Trying to find the best replacement roller for an old aluminum door. According to an older post on your site the part I have is a discontinued part. It is labeled with Del Mar Eng, PAT 3.670.357. I have seen quite a few recommendations for a replacement for this item, but I'm still not sure which one would be best.

The dimensions that I have on mine are as follows:

Wheel diameter 1-1/2" steel concave
Body Thickness 11/16"
Body 2-1/4 x 1-3/16"
Dimples 13/16".

Several parts seem close such as 81-148, 81-144, 81-162, and 81-039. The last one 81-039 seems quite close but is also about double the cost of some other solutions. I found on another website a part described as a Lupton 07-326 which also seems very close. Can you help point me in the right direction?

Of all the rollers you picked out, the only one that comes close is the 81-039. The other three rollers differ in too many important details and can be safely ignored. The dimensions you gave are also identical to the 81-039. This is the roller you want.
