Need replacement anchors for vinyl double hung window bottom sashes

Windows were sold by Allstate Windows in 2006. White, double glazed with low-E glass and argon gas.

Anchors have separated from sash bottoms.

The anchor in question is known in the industry as a pivot lock shoe. Yours in particular looks like a match for our 15-177. Look it over and let me know what you think.
