Need replacement awning operator

Hi:

I see your site has 2 awning operators
1. Encore Awning Operator, sill mount
2. SS Encore Awning Operator, sill mount

I need to replace one that has bent. I cannot tell the difference between the 2 you have and mine to see which one I need.

Hi Elaine. I agree the 39-239B or 39-239C is what you need. These operators are actually identical; the 39-239C just is stainless steel so it more resistant to conditions that can cause rust. Since yours does look rusted this may be worth considering. Let me know if you have further questions!

Thanks for the quick response. Will definitely need the stainless steel
on as I live in Hawaii.
