I need a pair of replacement Block and tackle balances for a single hung window.

Markings
UNIQUE 28-C-30

Channel is 29" long 9/16" x 5/8"

The top appears to be your part number, Channel Balance Top, Winged
19-005

I can't match the shoe.

This appears to match up with the Swisco S380-29 channel balance, with option 2830.
