Need replacement channel balance 28 4 LW CMC 11

Thanks for posting. If your shoe has a depth of 1" exactly, than the S380-29 seems like the right match. Just go over all the specifications to be certain. Now I am not certain about the stamp option you should choose. Your balance's stamp code of 28 4 suggests you need a stamp option of 2840, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 23 through 28 lbs. However, if your window sash weighs exactly 19 lbs, then the 2830 option for a sash between 16 through 23 lbs is a better choice. Did you ever have trouble keeping your window closed before this? Did it ever drift open on you? If so, it's possible your balances had too strong a calibration to begin with. Either way, double check your sash weight to be safe.
