Need replacement channel balances for CALDWELL 28 4 EK

Landlord from Stephens City, VA
Please advise to which replacement part I need for a CALDWELL 28 4 EK. The metal channel is 29" in length and 1/2" wide. The channel balance top is consistent with part 19-005. The shoe is 7/8" wide; I believe part 15-029 is the correct substitute. Weight of each window is approximately 20 lbs.

My total order needed would be 12 balances; pkg of 25 clips (16-002). Please advise as to the pricing and estimated delivery time.

Thank you very much for your help. Kind Regards, Jackie

Hey, Jackie. Thanks for your patience in this matter. We can definitely supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order because the 15-029 is not standard. I can email you an order link and price quote for 12 of these. This order link will allow you to place the custom balance in your cart as if it were a standard item, allowing you to shop for whatever else you need (like the 16-002 take out clips, for example).

Before I do that, though, I'd like you to triple check the weight of your sash. Your old stamp, 2840, is for sashes weighing 23 through 28 pounds. That's too strong for a 20 pound sash.  That's a very important detail that we need to square away before we do anything. If your sash is exactly 20 pounds, we'll have to go down to the 2830 stamp.

The sash weight is actually 18 lbs. Thank you for your attentiveness to detail!

I look forward to placing my order!

Awesome! I'm glad you checked. In that case our 2830 stamp option will be the best calibration for the job. Two balances with that stamp can carry sashes weighing 16 through 23 pounds. I'll email you an order link and price quote right now for 12 of them.

Please keep in mind that this order link does not include the 16-002 clips. You will need to add these to your cart separately, in addition to any other products you may have been considering.
