Looks like you need new balances. We can definitely help with this hardware. Your pivot shoe is an older version of our 15-180, but our newer part will still work the same way. It's also compatible with the Series 190 coil balance. You'll need the stamp off the old balance to confirm the best weight option.

A quick learner from Maryland says:
Thanks what part should have the stamp on it? I looked at all the parts in the pictures I posted and can't find any stamp. I also checked the window and don't see anything?

Thanks for the help

If there's no number on the old stamp, then we'll have to do a little bit of math. Please tell me the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce. Please also tell me how many springs are used on each side.

A quick learner says:
After closer inspection I can barley make it out it's say 832

Oh, good! I'm glad you found it. In that case, I recommend the S190-840. This will work just as well as your old spring.

A quick learner says:
Great I have one more I added the photos one has the number 5 and the other is either a 6 or a 9 I can't tell what way it should go. What parts do I need for this one?

Thank
Shaun

Assuming this is the same type of system, which it appears to be, then a stamp of 5 might correspond to our S190-540. I'm just not sure why this one doesn't say "532" like the original. It should, and I don't know why it's different.

You'll need to figure out if that's a 6 or 9. If it's a 6, go with our S190-640. If it's a 9, then go with (you guessed it) S190-940.
