I need a replacement window balancer for my single, hung, non-tilt, vinyl window. The window is about 15 years old. I don?t know the brand as there are no brand markings on the window and I bought the house 8 year?s ago with the windows already installed. The metal part of the window balancer measures 26 in length and 1/2? in width. The shoe measures 1? in width. It looks to best match the 380 model shown in the sample photos on your website but I?m not 100% sure so I would like your advice. I would like to order two of the complete balancer including the shoe and cap.
