Hello,

Your balance resembles the S795-20 (20C) balance except that yours uses the 15-198 pulley clip and 15-194 t-lock shoe. We can supply the configuration that you need but it will need to be a custom order. Before we get started, we'll need you to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you, it appears the 20C with hook is correct. I will need 4 total to replace two windows with exact measurements. Attaching updated pictures with measurements of t-lock to confirm size.
