Need replacement for Truth window crank : SWISCO.com

The screw gear attached to the crank handle appears to be stripped and does not engage the gears to open or close the window. Do you sell this part?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We may have a replacement for this operator. We'll need more information to confirm though. Can you open the window and show us a photo of the arms that move the window sash?

Hi - Does this one show what you need? I will be going home soon and can take another. We are getting worried because it is getting cold and we can't shut the window, thanks for the help!

Yes, thank you! Take a look at the 39-031 and 39-155 operators. One of these may be what you need depending on the size of the link arm. Review the specifications and see if one of them matches up.
