Need replacement for casement operator

A handy person from Fort Collins CO says:
This is an operator for an old weathershield casement window. It has a Truth 40055 LH identifier on the reverse side with a 9 1/2" arm.
What do you recommend as a replacement?

Hello, Bill. This looks like an older version of our 39-027E. That would be my recommendation. We also sell the 39-028E for the opposite side, in case you needed that.
