Need replacement for this broken window piece

A home owner from Iowa says:
November 9, 2017
2 3/8 inches x 7/16 white plastic. Tension string hook goes in top. Window metal peg inserts in bottom hole 3/16ths diameter. See photos. Sorry the picture of one in the window is not very good.
