Need replacement for truth single arm operator

Question

Hi, I looked at the truth hardware site and cannot find a match for this Fuad operator. Need a left hand but would probably by a couple left and right as it is for rental property.
In reverse side it has Truth logo and 4525l. The 4" arm has 21550 stamped into it.

I believe our 39-317 truth split-arm operator could work in place of your current operator. Review the measurements and see if this will work.
