Your handle set resembles the 82-089 Legacy Handle Set. The 82-086 is also available as the keyed version of our Legacy sets. In addition to comparing the installation hole spacing, you'll want to double check that your thumb latch is in an offset position.

The mortise lock, which is sold separately, can likely be replaced with the 82-260 Multi-Point Mortise Lock but you'll need to be sure to look over the dimensions to confirm. This lock is used along with the 82-249 Keeper.
