Need help finding a replacement handle. Please let me know if you carry and if I can purchase to be sent to Sant Ynez California. Thank you.

Hello there. I think we can help, but I'd like to be certain we know what you're working with. Can you show me a picture of the entire operator assembly, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the window closed? An overhead view, with either the operator removed from the window or at least with the window open, works best. From there we should be able to narrow down what might work for you.

Thank you. I apologies for the delayed response. Attached are pictures you requested. Again, I'm only looking to replace the handle which snapped off, the mechanism is working fine. Thanks again for your help.

Thanks! Your operator looks similar in design to some of our Truth encore styles, like the 39-253LB or 39-438B. With that in mind I think our 39-375 might be worth considering since this is the cover most commonly used with that operator style. Look it over and see what you think.
