Thanks for posting! Your window balance is assembled with a winged top and a winged bottom shoe like the Series 395 Channel Balance. Since your balance is stamped with a 26 3, I believe the channel should be 27" but you'll need to be sure to double check this.

You can select the 2630 stamp option, which can support a sash weighing 13 to 19lbs.
