Hello,
Your old-style rod balances are no longer available, but you can follow the conversion video below to use the S795 balances as long as your balance springs measure 1/2" in diameter. The video also includes the pivot bar conversion to ensure compatibility with the new balances.
As for the tilt latches, you can start by comparing the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 to yours. Thanks for posting!
