The lock fell through the sliding door frame and I can't retrieve it.
Any chance you could help? 4 inches between handle screw holes.
Need replacement lock

Hello,
I would recommend starting by reviewing the specifications of the 82-265 or 82-239 mortise lock depending on if yours used a faceplate for installation or not. We also offer the 82-249 keeper commonly used with these locks and the 82-030handle set with 3-15/16" installation holes. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
