Need replacement part on a Jeld-Wen vinyl patio door

Image #3135 above shows a black hole where our locking latch fell out. Not sure what it's called exactly. We have the interior and exterior handles in place and still operational but we cannot lock our door. Image #3137 above seems to be all there unless you see something wrong with it. I think we only need the little part that swivels up and down to lock/unlock the door and whatever else parts that make it complete. Our door is a Jeld-Wen Premium Vinyl Patio Door, White. If you need additional info please contact me by email or phone 925-325-8438. Thank you for your help. If you don't have it maybe you can tell me where to search. The Jeld-Wen Replacement Parts Dept. does not have it, they are out of stock on it and it's been that way for a very long time. They also don't return emails or phone calls which is very disappointing. Have a great day.

Thanks for posting. What you're missing on the handle set is a thumb lever. Our 82-107 should replace it. You should check to confirm the mortise lock in the door isn't broken and the cause of the original thumb lever breaking. To test this, try manually 'throwing' the lock with a slotted screwdriver. If it doesn't actuate, then you know you need a new mortise lock as well. See the 82-265 and 82-249 keeper.

The magic of the Internet. Used reverse Google image search to look up a picture of my broken sliding glass door switch. Google identified it and recommended this thread with you guys talking about fixing it. Ordered and replaced.
