Need replacement part or company who replaces

We manage 100+ units and one of the windows cranks was snapped off. Were trying to get the right part for this window as it can not open

Hi there!

It looks like you need a new operator. Depending on the operator's arm guide, I recommend the 39-253RB or 39-439B. The video below will go over this in detail.

If you need the hinge, take a look at the 36-048's specifications to see if they match what you need. Note that you'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
