Need replacement parts.

Question

The windows drop down for cleaning. This one snapped breaking both sides.
I need parts for the two sides. How to remove the part (looks like it can be pinched to remove) if you recommend another solution. Very weak parts, I think, as the window isn't cleaned over a couple times a year. Thanks. You have replaced these on the other side of the window sometime ago.

Thanks for writing in. See our 15-177. This could be your pivot shoe. If so, this shoe is compatible with our Series 152 Coil Springs. For your pivot bar, see if the 26-226 is a match. For removal and replacement details, see the video below.
