Need replacement parts

A home owner from Fresno, TX says:
Hello, my David Weekley home was built in 2009, and the windows are tilt type. Yesterday while cleaning the windows in a tilted position, the pivot shoe cracked, and the balance came down. Can you please recommend what replacement parts I need to have this repaired?
Thank you!

I don't recognize your balance off the top of my head, but I promise that we'll do our best to find a good match for it. Please give us a little more time as we research our options.

Thank you! I was able to locate the manufacturer sticker from another window.

Paul from SWISCO responded:

I do recognize your balance. I'm afraid it's not made anymore and we don't have an exact match. We do have a possible substitute, but it will have to be a custom order.

Specifically, we'd use our S795-27, which comes with a 1-1/4" wide T-Lock shoe at the bottom and a screw tab at the top. What will make this custom is that we would replace that screw tab for our 15-198 hook, to match your original. We would also use a 27D stamp option to match your original.

Do you think you can get this configuration to work? If so, please let me know how many you need and we can email you an order link and price quote according to the specifications I outlined.
