Need replacement parts for Simonton windows. As can be seen, the coils have broken. Have several windows like this. There are no markings on the parts

I weighed the window. It was 16.8 lbs. the part is a dual coil but appears only 1 coil was used.

Thank you. My pivot shoe matches your 15-199. My coil is 1/2 inch which is your 160. Now, since my window weighs 16.8 lbs, can I use either the 160-9 or 160-10? Does it matter?

I am investigating more. Since I have dual coils on each side (total of 4 coils) do I divide my sash weight by 4, which would mean I need the 160-5 (sash weight of 16.8 divided by 4 = 4.2). Thus the need for the 160-5?

I would suggest the 3.5 pound S160-3 and 4.5 pound S160-4 for each side which would equal 16 pounds.
