Need replacement parts

I don't know the brand name of the windows (probably 30 years old) and I can't remove without replacement parts. Hope you can help. I've been waiting months for someone else to help with no luck! The glass has been replaced so I really don't want to get a new window. Please let me know as soon as possible. I want to replace every part of the hardware to open and lock the windows. They are still in good shape, except for the hardware! Thank you, Nancy

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 39-067 operator comes to mind. I wonder if this could be what you're searching for. I recommend you review our specifications to confirm they align with your old assembly.

I'm not exactly sure how to measure, but I will either do it myself, or ask someone.
I can't do it until probably Thursday or Friday. I moved from this place but I stop several times a week.

I think you've got it right! I will be so happy if I can replace these parts. I'll get back to you as soon as I confirm your dimensions.

Hi again!

I just went over on my lunch. So my measurements for the crank = yours for the 39-066. Between the circles I get 5" x 8 3/4. Yeah!!

I also measured the latches and get 3"h x 7/8"w. I would need 4, and then the 2 cranks plus 2 handles.

Thanks for getting back to me! I'm glad to hear 39-067 matches up. As for the lock, I wonder if you could have the 38-036. You'll want to remove an old one to see if this part matches what you need as well.

Good morning!

Since I measured from the outer edge, I'm pretty positive the locks will work. The picture looks just like the ones I have.

Can I just order? Doubt I will need, but what is the return policy?

I've got (2) - 39-067;
2 - 39-114L (is this the correct handle?) and
4) 38-036

in my cart ready to check out. I did find return policy, but I 99% I've got just what I need.

The 39-114L handle is indeed compatible with the 39-067 operator assembly, yes!
